The Secretarial Standards on Meetings of the Board ofDirectors (SS-1) and Secretarial Standards on General Meetings (SS-2) issued bythe Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) under Section 118(10) of theCompanies Act, 2013 are effective 1st July, then the SS-1 and SS-2 have been revised by the ICSI and approved bythe Central Government under Section 118(10) of the Companies Act, 2013,which are applicable 1st October, facilitate the compliance and smooth implementation of revised SecretarialStandard on Meetings of the Board of Directors (SS-1), this revised GuidanceNote elucidate th
