INTRODUCTION: These conditions set forth procedures for leasing state FOREST land as authorized under Section 302 (b) (1) of Act 18 of 1995 known as the Conservation and Natural Resources Act. They are intended to guide both the person interested in obtaining an existing lease and the current LESSEE and their guests. The FOREST CAMP LEASE as executed is binding upon the LESSEE. These general rules explain the terms of the lease and are intended to be fair, realistic and consistent with the proper management of state FOREST land.
