3. Purpose of project and programme evaluations It is a strategic goal of ADA to enshrine project and programme evaluations in a comprehensive manner in the project cycle management. Therefore evaluations need to be included in the project document. Evaluations contribute to secure the optimal quality and impact of development interventions.
