Hate crime: what do victims tell us? - Justice Inspectorates
Some people told us that the police did refer them to victim support services or gave them clear information about services that were available. But others said the information given to them wasn’t clear. Some people told us that support organisations were mentioned briefly but they weren’t given any further details.
