Higher Education Department Government of Odisha Principle for DBT of Cash in lieu of Laptop to 12th pass out meritorious students in the State under Biju Yuva Sashaktikaran Yojana - Yojana 2020-21. Higher Education Department , Government of Odisha have been distributing free laptops to the 12th pass out meritorious students since last Six years since the year 2013. Since inception of the scheme the year wise decisions taken is reproduced below: Year - 2013: As per the decision taken by the Expenditure Finance Committee (EFC) in the meeting held on 28-May-2013 the merit list of CHSE, Odisha pass out students for the year will be taken into account to select the eligible students in the said scheme. It was decided to distribute the laptops as per the allotment as mentioned below: General Students Arts 3500.
