Historical Data 33 Historical Data34 Crime and Justice Atlas 2000 The arrival of the new millennium provides an opportunity to reflect on the past andconsider the challenges of the future. The 20th century saw remarkable changes inthe administration of justice, and the 21st century will undoubtedly bring a host ofnew issues and challenges.
