HOA Non-Compliance Letters
HOA Non-Compliance Letters At the Annual Meeting on November 12, 2009 concerns were raised regarding Non-Compliance Letters and whether or not the Executive Board is dealing with issues of Non-Compliance in the HOA Community in a fair and impartial manner. In order to provide an accounting to the community regarding issues of non- compliance , the Executive Board will share the following information: how many Letters were mailed in a particular calendar year and the types of Non-Compliance issues that have been addressed. It is the policy of the Executive Board to not reveal the names or addresses of individuals who receive Letters of non- compliance . The Board has stated many times that if a lot owner notices issues of Non-Compliance they are free to give the Non-Compliance information (in writing) to the Executive Board. In fact, it is helpful to the Board. What a particular lot owner may notice, Board members may not notice for a variety of reasons.
HOA Non-Compliance Letters 2 sent within the last few years. In 2009, the Community Support Committee was quite active in reporting a variety of non-compliance issues to the Executive Board.
