CDSE 1 ICD 705 Physical Security Construction Requirements for SAP Lesson: Course Introduction Introduction Welcome to the SAPF Physical Security Construction Requirements course. This course covers the minimum Physical Security Construction Requirements for Special Access Program Facilities, known as SAPFs. After completing this course, you will be able to determine compliance or non-compliance of a newly constructed or renovated SAPF in accordance with DOD and Intelligence Community directives. This course places you in a scenario as the Special Access Program Facility Accrediting Official, or SAO, for a SAPF that is under Construction . You will be guided through an accredited facility to learn the Construction specifications and then placed in your newly constructed SAPF to evaluate Construction Requirements .
