("ICE") has worked closely with clearing Members, customers, market participants and regulatory authorities in order to develop proposals to enhance its existing customer protection framework. The purpose of this document is to set out the various account structures which have been implemented by ICE Clear Europe Limited ("ICE Clear Europe " or the " clearing House") in including as required to address requirements under Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( EMIR ).
