This brochure offersa summary of your rights relating to termination of your lease RIGHTS AS A MANUFACTURED home OWNERThe MHOCCA only applies to the rental of lots in manufactured homecommunities. These communities are also known as mobile home parks, trailercourts, and trailer parks (MHP). If you are renting a lot in an MHP that leases twoor more lots, you are covered by the MHOCCA. If you are renting a manufactured home in an MHP, you are coveredby the Delaware Residential Landlord Tenant Code.
