IKF REGULAR MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION INSTRUCTION sheet 1. Effective January 1, 2008, the National MEMBERSHIP is $ and $ for each Family Member. For FIRST-TIME road race applicants, there is a ONE TIME fee of $15 (in addition to your REGULAR MEMBERSHIP ). If applying for a Novice Road Race permit, be sure to include the $15 one time fee. 2.
