While many have well intended behaviors, many lack the knowledge base of Multicultural education . This article will: a) discuss the need for Multicultural education in Early Childhood programs; and b) share strategies based on Bank s five dimensions that can be used to assist Early Childhood teachers in Implementing Multicultural education Practices into their respective programs.
