On August 24, 2011, the FRANKLIN county Clerk of Courts and the FRANKLIN county COMMON PLEAS COURT began a phased implementation of a new electronic filing system ( the e-Filing System ). The phased implementation began with a pilot project that included select participants and case types. On October 5, 2011, the FRANKLIN county Clerk of Courts and the FRANKLIN county COMMON PLEAS COURT began mandatory e-Filing for all foreclosure case types. The FRANKLIN county COMMON PLEAS COURT then implemented mandatory e-Filing for the following remaining civil case types as outlined below: Civil Case Type Mandatory e-File Go-Live Date Professional Tort (A) October 31, 2011.
