Introduction Following the signing of the contract for the consultancy services for TANGO on the 23rd February 2012, the consultant embarked on the consultancy assignments as defined in the Terms Of Reference and in the scope of work. The work started on the 24th March 2012. The delay for the start of this work was due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. This Inception Report provides a status Report on the progress of the work done so far by the Project Team (with the International Consultant present).
