AINP Post-Graduate and International Graduate Category Ineligible Occupation List (2014/06)1 Review this list carefully. If your current occupation is on this list, you are NOT eligible to apply under the Post-Graduate Worker Category or the International Graduate Category. Most occupations identified by the national occupational Classification (NOC system) as being NOC skill level 0, A, B, or C are eligible. NOC skill level D occupations are not eligible. For information on the 2011 NOC system, visit are NOT eligible to apply if you are currently working in: a NOC skill level D occupation. All NOC skill level D occupations are included on this list. a NOC skill level 0, A, B or C occupation included on this list. Supervisors, foremen and tradespeople, working in an occupation designated as a Compulsory or Optional Trade in Alberta are not eligible to apply under these categories.
