These steps should not be used when moving GENIE Server to a new computer, or going from a solo to networked practice. GENIE CLIENT INSTALLATION The installer for the most recent version of GENIE can be obtained from the following locations: Windows CLIENT : Macintosh CLIENT : If your practice is on an older version of GENIE , please contact our support desk at or on 1300 889 362 to obtain the correct installer. After downloading the correct installer onto the new computer: 1. Double click the installer file and allow any processes to run to completion.
