It is unlawful for any person to use the title Registered Nurse (RN) or to practice nursing in Louisiana as a Registered Nurse without a license from the Louisiana State Board of Nursing (LSBN). SECTION A: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR RN endorsement 1. Applicant must submit evidence of initial RN LICENSURE from another state, territory, or country; 2. Applicant must submit evidence of current RN LICENSURE issued directly from the jurisdiction of last employment; 3.
