Page D-1 Schedule D Payment Arrangements Intergovernmental AGR E E M E N T ON F E D E R A L F I N A N C I A L R E L A T I O N S D1 This Schedule may be amended by the unanimous agreement of the Standing Council for Federal Financial Relations. D2 The Parties agree that payment and administrative arrangements will be simplified and centrally administered through monthly payments from the Commonwealth Treasury to each State and Territory Treasury in respect of all Intergovernmental financial transfers under this agreement except National Health Reform (NHR) funding where other payment arrangements have been specifically agreed. D3 Payments classified as Commonwealth own-purpose expenses are the only Intergovernmental financial transfers which are not covered by these payment arrangements.
