Observed Cold Wave and Cold Day: Cold Wave to Severe Cold Wave Conditions prevailed in some parts of East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha and in isolated pockets over Haryana, north Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Odisha; Cold Wave Conditions in isolated pockets over Uttarakhand, Punjab, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, West Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Saurashtra & Kutch, Telangana and Gangetic West Bengal.
