Uses may include chronic sinusitis, nasal polypsand rhinitis. In allergic rhinitis, a stepwise treatmentapproach is usually recommended which may includeantihistamines for mild or intermittent symptoms. 1,2,3, of INCS should be reserved for more severeor persistent conditions particularly when nasal obstructionis a factor.
