1 INTRODUCTION This document is comprised of : (i) Y our Mediation Serv ices Contract Ry anair as appropriate (separately hereinaf ter ref erred to as the Introducer ), being the company that processes Y our online booking f or a Trip made through one of the Introducer s websites: and, (ii) a copy of the insurance policy under which Y ou are insured, underwritten by europ Assistance (trading as europ Assistance Irish Branch) (EAIB) ( the Insurer ), comprising the Schedule and the General Conditions (hereinaf ter the Policy ).
