IP69k tightness test Concens A/S resundvej 7 6715 Esbjerg Att: Henning Frank Subject: IP69k dust and water test. Sample: Actuator No: Con35 - 0809 and Con50 - 0809 Applied method: The IP6X dust test has been carried out in accordance with the international standard IEC 60529 Edition 2001-02. A connection M5 for the vacuum hose has been made in the bottom part of the actuator types. A vacuum of 20mbar has been supplied to the actuators during the made M5 threaded connection for a period of 2 hours. The IPX9k water test has been carried out in accordance with the DIN Standard VDE 40050 part 9. from May 1993. The water test see clause and clause 8, and table 4 and 8. The water pressure has been adjusted to 85 bar. The water temperature has been about 80 C.
