2.1.This Notice applies to the types of ships specified in Regulation 2.1.2 of Chapter XI-2 of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974, as amended (SOLAS Chapter XI-2), namely: i. Passenger ships, including High Speed Passenger Craft, ii. Cargo ships of 500 gross tonnage and above, including High Speed Craft, and iii.
