Abu Jadayil * Department of Industrial Engineering, The Hashemite University, Zarqa, Jordan 13135 Abstract Workers turnover has been studied in Jordan to find out the main reasons causing this problem. A questionnaire was designed and distributed over twenty eight factories in Jordan, seven factories in each of the three main industrial cities there, and seven factories outside these industrial cities.
