Job Description CONTROLLER / OFFICE MANAGER Function: Responsible for all of the financial processes and reporting for the Club. Supervises the functions of the Business OFFICE . Responsibilities: 1. Develop and install accounting systems, methods, procedures and internal controls. 2. Prepare monthly balance sheet, cash flow, income financial statements and detailed departmental reports. 3. Compile monthly statistical reports and other information as needed. 4. Supervise all accounting functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, cash control and membership records.
