This report on the Joint Battle Command Platform (JBC-P) fulfills the provisions of Title 10, United States Code, Section 2399. It assesses the adequacy of testing and the operational effectiveness, operational suitability, and survivability of the JBC-P. J. The Joint Battle Command – Platform (JBC-P) Software Build 6.0 is not operationally effective. It did not demonstrate the ability to support Army and Marine Corps leaders, Soldiers, and Marines with the critical capabilities of Command and Control (C2) messages, and
