For the past thirty years, he has provided dedicated service for the development of the region's infrastructure and industry; as well as a great commitment to Regional , multilateral, public sector, private sector and quasi-government institutional development. He has contributed to a number of achievements including the COMESA FTA, the design of the COMESA External Tariff Structure, Common Tariff Nomenclature (CTN) and the institutional and administrative structure for the COMESA Customs Union, among others. Arthur Mutambara, is a Deputy Prime Minister in the Republic of Zimbabwe. He holds a BSc Electric and Electronic Engineering, University of Zimbabwe; and a PhD Robotics and Mechatronics, Oxford University, UK.
