In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 235A, 235B, 235F, 235P, 235W read with Section 254 of the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (13 of 1994) and in supersession of the notification issued under (Ms)No. 150/2007/LSGD.
