This document is an important contribution to the a long time it has been glaringly evident that the so-called land REFORM programme is more an exercise in the political subjugation of the people on the commercial farms than in land REFORM . Alongside the controlling nature of the programme, the handing out of the farms has been done on a patronage system that simply rewards loyal supporters of the President.
Methodology The Land Reform and Property Rights in Zimbabwe of 2010 is a sequel report to the 2007, Adding Insult to Injury, a preliminary report on human rights violations on commercial farms 2000-2005.
