Lee s Crossing Monthly Newsletter November 2006 From the Just as the leaves change in fall, all organizations must face change. As I announced in the June newsletter, the Board has been in the process of identifying individuals or a company to assume the covenant enforcement function from Walt Walker and Noel Follrath. After review of references and interview of the principal the Board has selected Community One Associates. Community One is owned by Steve Weibel, who has over 20 years experience in the business. The Board s review of references found other Homeowners Associations to be very satisfied with their services. The assumption of duties by Community One will begin on November 1st and Walt and Noel will assist in the transition and the initial ride thru. Each homeowner will receive a letter from Community One in early November. Community One will report directly to the Board and the Board is committed to maintaining the same level of covenant enforcement.
