Unlicensed indications: seronegative polyarthritis and vasculitis. Adult dosage and administration Dose: 10 - 20mg once daily. Leflunomide is available as: 10mg, 15mg and 20mg tablets. A 100mg tablet is also available for a three day loading dose referred to in product literature. This can speed up the onset of effect but may increase the incidence of adverse effects and is often omitted in practice.
