National THE Legal PROFESSIONN ational Office,Pretoria, South Africa20 July 2018 FINAL RULES AS PER SECTION 95 (1), 95 (3) and 109 (2) of the Legal Practice ACT 28 OF 2014 The National Forum on the Legal Profession ( "the National Forum "), a transitional body established in terms of Chapter 10of the Legal Practice Act 28 of 2014 ( "the Act "), hereby publishes the Rules required by sections 95(1), 95(3) and109(2)(a) of the National Forum considered the comments received from interested parties after publishing a draft of the Rules inGovernment Gazette No. 41419 dated 2 February 2018, as required by sections 95(4) and 109(2)(b) read with sections97(1) and 109(2) and (3) of the Act as amended by the Legal Practice Amendment Act 16 of Rules will be applied by the Legal Practice Council after its establishment in terms of Chapter 2 of the Actand will apply to all Legal practitioners (attorneys and advocates) as well as all candidate Legal practitioners andjuristic entities as defined in the Rules consis
