Pmx:Diagnosed with alcohol- induced LIVER CIRRHOSIS in Jan 2000 and defaulted Rx since August 2000. Social Hx: Excessive alcohol use for approx. 20 Examination Bp 130/70 Pulse 80 Apyrexial Jaundice, Clubbing,Foetor hepaticus present. No circulatory changes - palmer erythema, spider telangiectasia, cyanosis.
