"Act" means the National Credit Act 34 of 2005, as amended from time to time. Agreement means your loan Agreement with the Credit Provider, recorded and concluded by DirectAxis on behalf of the Credit Provider either through electronic channels, or otherwise in writing, or verbally and which includes: these terms and conditions ; and the Quotation.
