LOCAL HEALTH & CARE RECORD EXEMPLARS CALL East London Leading for Pan London Response to Call 16th January 2018 Introduction NHS England is about to launch a call for proposals for up to five LOCAL HEALTH and Care RECORD Exemplar (LHCRE) programmes across populations of 3-5m that can raise the bar in how the NHS, and its partners, share data to help deliver better care for our citizens. Each exemplar will be granted available from 18/19 to 19/20 for each locality matched with LOCAL investment and resource to implement and roll out their exemplar programme. Up to 5 of these will be awarded nationally.
The announcement of successful sites (subject to formalised MOU) at the end March 2018. April 2018 – end May 2018.Further detail with sites, leading to a Memorandum of Understanding with each locality
