Please be aware that re-submitted reports may require updating prior to submission, as they may be deemed to be out of date. For applications in areas with a Neighbourhood Plan please see the individual Made Neighbourhood Plan for any additional requirements. This document has been produced and revised in accordance with Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - Part 3 - Article 11(3) the National Planning Policy Framework and the National Planning Practice Guidance which states that LOCAL Planning Authorities should publish a list of their information requirements for applications which are proportionate to the nature and scale of development proposals, reviewed on a frequent basis, and only requested when the information is relevant, necessary and material to the application in questi
