Position: Team Lead (Sr. Intel Ops Analyst). Location: Ft. Belvoir clearance : TS/SCI . Requisition #: I900208-02. Position Overview: The Sr. Intelligence Operations Analyst leads a contractor team providing critical support the Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) G3 and Intelligence Operation Center (IOC). The position requires a TS/SCI clearance . Must have a comprehensive in-depth knowledge of INSCOM operations, as well as, excellent interpersonal skills, computer hardware/software and an understanding of Army reporting requirements. Documented Command Center/TOC experience, Army action officer experience and the ability to interface with personnel across all levels of INSCOM, Army, DoD, and government. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment where program and process changes are the norm. Responsibilities: Team Lead Duties o Lead Analyst Team in mission execution o Ensure each member of the team is cross-trained in each discipline o Manage work products o Quality-check (QC) all products prior to submission IOC Analytic Support o Maintain IOC SOPs and Operational Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs).
Excellent oral communication skills for presenting, briefing, or communicating analytical research material including the use of multimedia presentations.
