Log on to the Internet and go to You should see a screen similar to the one below You will need your Xtra email address and Xtra Password If you don't know your Xtra password, or if your Xtra account is not set-up with webmail , click on the link beside Forgotten Your Password and then follow the prompts, or call Telecom on 123 to help you. If you know your Xtra Password enter your Email address and Xtra Password in the fields shown and click Sign In. You should then see a screen similar to the one below. Click on the Spam folder at the left of the screen Scroll through the list of emails shown and check if any are from Click the white box to the left of each one you find and then click the Not Spam button above.
