ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with clerical functions related to employee benefits such as entering and changing employees benefits in ultipro Assist with employee recruiting such as phone interviews; scheduling interviews, placing advertisements for open positions Assist with onboarding such as creating new hire forms, scheduling pre-employment testing, and entering background screens Assist with multi-site payroll processing in ultipro including time and attendance Assist with end of quarter and end of year balancing Assist with answering payroll and benefit questions Assist with entering employee updates into the ultipro system First point of contact for employee's when they enter the Human Resources office Other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
