- 1 - MASTER DEED OF THE LONG POND view ESTATES condominium 615 nashua road LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (the "Declarant"), having its principal office at 585 nashua road in Dracut, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, said Declarant being the sole owner of the land in Dracut, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, commonly known as 593 and 615 nashua road , as more fully described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, by duly executing and recording this MASTER Deed, does hereby submit such land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all easements and other rights appurtenant thereto (hereinafter called the "Property"), to the provisions of Chapter 183A of the General Laws of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as amended (hereinafter sometimes called the " condominium Law") and proposes to create and hereby creates a condominium of the Property to be governed by and subject to the provisions of the condominium Law.
