1 May 2015 2 Foreword Airmen and Airpower Advocates, This 20-year Strategic master Plan advances the strategic vectors and imperatives set by America s Air Force: A Call to the Future to provide a strategic framework that will shape the Air Force s future. It provides consistent direction across all Air Force portfolios and brings year-to-year coherency to our plans and programs. However, the changes we need to enact are wider than just choices about equipment programs. Our Airmen are essential to all our capabilities and we must deliberately plan and invest in them to meet the challenges of the future.
