AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF UNIVERSITY PROFESSORS. (LUC-AAUP). SEPTEMBER 1, 2007 THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2011. This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING entered into effective the 20th day of September, 2011 by and between LINCOLN UNIVERSITY OF THE COMMONWEALTH. SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION ( University ) and LINCOLN UNIVERSITY CHAPTER. OF THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF UNIVERSITY PROFESSORS. (LUC-AAUP) ( Union ). WITNESSETH. WHEREAS, the University and Union are parties to a current COLLECTIVE bargaining agreement which expired August 31, 2011 (hereinafter 2007-2011 CBA ); and WHEREAS, the University and Union mutually desire to extend the expiration date of the current 2007-2011 CBA by one year to August 31, 2012 with the following amendments as set forth herein.
