EVO is a registered ISO/MSP for Deutsche Bank Trust Company AmericasMERCHANT PROCESSING AGREEMENTThis document, MERCHANT PROCESSING AGREEMENT (the AGREEMENT ), accompanies the document MERCHANT Application ( MERCHANT Application ) and includes the Terms and Conditions set forth below (the Terms and Conditions ) together with the terms and conditions of the MERCHANT Application. The bank ( Bank ) identified in this AGREEMENT is a member of Visa Inc. ( Visa ) and Mastercard International, Inc. ( Mastercard ), and is Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas. EVO MERCHANT Services, LLC d/b/a EVO ( EVO ) is a registered independent sales organization of Visa and a member service provider of Mastercard. This AGREEMENT is between EVO, Bank, and the MERCHANT identified in the MERCHANT Application ( you or MERCHANT ). MERCHANT and EVO agree that the rights and obligations contained in this AGREEMENT do not apply to Bank with respect to Discover and American Express transactions.
