The paper shows how you can take advantage of some of the capabilities Microsoft Azure offers, such as using virtual machines (VMs), persistent storage and deploying applications from a source code repository. Note: It's also possible to run Microsoft Windows on your Mac by using VM hosting software such as VMWare Fusion 6 and Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac.
