alongside recent revisions to the NPPF, the Local Plan Review has been examined under the original 2012 version of the NPPF. 1.9 There is no longer a regional tier of planning policy in the form of a Regional Spatial Strategy. However, the Heart of the South West Local Economic Partnership (HotSW) has prepared a Strategic Economic Plan which has a
