The Demographic-Economic Framework of MIGRATION Since the fall of the iron curtain' in 1991 a set of complicated MIGRATION patterns transpired in Ukraine. With Russia, Ukraine has the second largest MIGRATION corridor in the world (the US-Mexico corridor being the largest). Keeping this is mind Ukraine had and continues to have the difficult task of building MIGRATION systems with large and frequently used borders.
