•Fractures •Vertebral body compression •Blastic or lytic lesions. THE MOST COMMON FRACTURE MECHANISM IN CERVICAL INJURIES IS HYPERFLEXION. ANTERIOR SUBLUXATION OCCURS WHEN THE POSTERIOR LIGAMENTS RUPTURE. SINCE THE ANTERIOR AND MIDDLE COLUMNS REMAIN INTACT, THIS FRACTURE IS STABLE.
