This paper aims to shed light on SADC s integration agenda and Namibia s participation in it. At the same time, the discussion intends to contribute to an understanding of Namibia s foreign policy as exemplified by its participation in the SADC regional integration is a product of the unique historical circumstances of Southern Africa.
