Prior to PS 1.4.0.0, merging of managed and unmanaged assets was based on the MAC or hostname. From PS 1.4.0.0, the merge criteria is enhanced as follows: • IP-only based merges provided the IPs of both managed and unmanaged assets belong to the same Network.
