MEDICAID will pay for up to 40 physical therapy visits, 20 occupational therapy visits, and 20 speech therapy visits per enrollee in a twelve-month benefit year. For MEDICAID fee-for-service (FFS) enrollees, the twelve-month benefit year is a STATE fiscal year beginning April 1 of each year and running through March 31 of the following year.
